Because this camp session leads up to Halloween, help creating awesome handmade halloween costumes will be available. But campers will choose their sewing projects and Mardi can literally help with anything— bags, up-cycled clothing, all sorts of clothing funky or fancy!

Louise will lead a Fiber Arts Exploration for ages 8 and up including weaving, crochet, knitting, hand sewing, felting, fabric decoration. Campers in this group will be able to choose among projects and skills they want to learn. (in other words not everyone will learn all those skills/do all those projects, but over the course of the six weeks there will be projects in all those areas to choose from). Projects include woven characters, woven belts, crocheted rugs and hats, knitted washrags, glue batik, fabric printing, sewn monsters, felted soap, needle felting.
