To register for our camps and programs:

1) Call or email Louise with the following information:

• Child's full name:
• Date of Birth:
• Parents Names:
• Phone:
• Address:
• email:
• Which camp or program they wish to attend:

When I have received your camp/program request I will pencil your campers into the appropriate weeks (provided there is space in the camp). I can guarantee your spot for TWO WEEKS ONLY. To confirm your spot you must send your FORMS and PAYMENT in.

NOTE TO ALL RETURNING CAMPERS:

If your child has attended a program or camp in the current calendar year, you do not need to send forms again. I keep them on file for that calendar year, and begin anew each January 1. 

FALL/WINTER/SPRING Registration notes:

 • Please see each program's description for fees and discounts. If you have questions about your payment, call or email Louise (542-5599 louiseok@mindspring.com)

• Send check (made out to Louise Omoto Kessel) along with EMERGENCY INFORMATION FORM, and AGREEMENT TO HOLD HARMLESS to Denise Lee (see step 3 below). If your child must take medication during the program hours and you will not be with them, please also send the DISPENSING MEDICATION form. 

SUMMER CAMP Registration notes:

• There is a $25/per family/per summer registration fee. This fee is waived if you get your forms and payment in within two weeks of signing up for a camp AND all this is taken care of before May 1. 
• There is a $15/camp discount for any family signing up for 2 or more camps.
• There is an early bird discount of $15/camp for completed forms and payment received by April 1, 2010
• The "registration and payment" page will help you figure out your payment.
• Checks should be made to Louise Omoto Kessel (I can't cash checks made to Clapping Hands Farm)
